Evelyn Williams a British young woman who has decided to move to LA to become a firefighter. She thinks she will just join an ordinary fire station but little does she know that the 118 is a family. And she will become part of it. People say she is smart but fun.

Evan Buckley or as we know Buck. A newbie like Evelyn. Buck is exactly what many woman want; pretty tall, handsome, funny, charismatic and muscular. And of course taken.

Right now the only thing Evelyn can do is to admire him from a distance. But it will never become anything, right? She needs to focus on herself and finding a man that loves her more than anyone.
