Michaela "Mick" Isabella never expected a movie night to change history.

When the 20-year-old college student goes to see the highly anticipated Michael Jackson biopic with her friends in 2026, she accidentally falls asleep halfway through the film. But when she wakes up, the theater is empty, abandoned, and covered in rust-as if decades have passed in a matter of hours.

Panicked, Mick stumbles outside and quickly realizes the impossible.

It's 1983.

And standing right in front of her is Michael Jackson.

At first, she thinks she's dreaming. Then she does the one thing any sane person wouldn't do-she blurts out everything she knows. The future. The fame. The heartbreak. The Pepsi accident. Even the name Conrad Murray.

Michael has no idea what she's talking about.

But as the days turn into weeks, he can't stay away from the strange girl who seems to know every chapter of his life before it happens. And Mick can't help falling for the man behind the legend.

Together, they make a promise: change the future and save Michael Jackson before tragedy ever has the chance to find him.

But every time they alter history, something else changes.

Something worse.

And when Mick discovers that saving Michael may cost far more than either of them imagined, she'll have to choose between the man she loves and the future she came from.
