On that same night, his best friend Barry Allen suffered a similar tragedy when his mother was killed by the very same mysterious force. Bound together by loss, the two boys grew up determined to uncover the truth behind the impossible events that shattered their lives.
Raised by renowned scientist Dr. Christina McGee, Ethan dedicated himself to science, believing that one day he would find the answers that had eluded everyone else.
