Hell's Shepard

There have been rumors going around in Pentagram City. About a man who goes around hell and protecting the weak from the most vile people imaginable. More often than not the people he'd safe guard is children who come from various rough backgrounds, from abusive families, to trafficking, to being a part of a cp ring this man saves them. For those without a home he'll bring them to church on the outskirts of the city he calls The Refuge and helped raised them as if they were his children, however he phrases it as "A shepard guiding lost sheep" which was where he gotten the nickname "The Shepard". And that name have spread across hell striking fear to the abusers and hope for the children who are victims. They all say the same thing "If you're in trouble or lost, find the church with sheep outside".
