Through advanced training, the Quirk can affect memory, emotional processing, and cognitive interpretation- not without some backlash on her though. A curse and a blessing all in one.

A girl who feels everything too much and forced into silence reunites with an old frenemy who unintentionally teaches her its okay to be loud. He'll never admit though that he needs her just as much, as she teaches him it's okay to have certain feelings he's forced into their own silence.
