Being the new kid is hard. It's hard to make friends, get settled, and just, fit in. Jess Delaney would know that the best. Her family had moved ten times in the fourteen years she's been alive. This time, her parent promised they wouldn't move again.
When Jess and her family move from Pennsylvania to Maryland, Jess meets Caleb. The ever so famous Caleb from Bratayley. After spending a month as friends, Jess beings to fall head over heels for him, the one sticking point is, does he feel the same way?

The girl from New York

49 parts Complete

Completed✔️ Disclaimer: I wrote this when I was 15 so it is a bit cliché, and many mistakes in the story:) All Brooklyn's life, she's been more of a boy than a girl. She's only ever lived with her single dad and her three older brothers, which means she was bound to grow up more like them. So, when she moved all the way from New York to Tennessee, it wasn't much of a surprise until she met Alex, the one of many popular boys at the high school. Until she realized that Alex decided to make her life a living hell. Well, that's what Brooklyn thought, at least... ___ "He leaned in and put a hand behind my head to kiss me, leaving me frozen and speechless. Almost instinctively, after a moment of processing, I stood on my tippy toes and replaced my fingers in his hair, my other hand on his neck. Butterflies exploded in my stomach, replacing my hunger for food, as he pressed me against a vacant wall. Without a word, he lifted me up while my legs wrapped around his waist, leaning in closer to him, even after there was no more space to fill."
