Ancient China: Emperor Zhu lost the Mandate of Heaven. There were famines, flooding on the Yangtze River, drought, bubonic plaque pandemic and countless rebellions that claims tens of millions of lives. These catastrophes' were seen as signs that the gods don't favor the Emperor anymore.

One twilight, the Emperor had a strange dream. He dreamt of poisoning his Beloved Queen and taking into his chamber his youngest concubine with whom he bear two heirs. One will bring Light to the Yuan Kingdom and bring back the Mandate of Heaven; while the other will bring bloodshed to the Royal household and end the Yuan Dynasty Era that has been ruling China for 40 years.

Will the heavens change what were written in the stars for these two yet to be born children? Or will fate find its course no matter what the odds are.
