After decades of conflict with Sansers, superhuman beings who invaded earth, the Allied Native Forces triumphed by creating an army of Metas and took back what was left of the planet. Almost a century later, the descendants of these invaders are struggling to find their place in a world where they are despised. But some of them have never accepted defeat.

Kray Eagan, whose rogue parents were executed by the ANEF for treason, wants to choose the side that stands for justice and righteousness - but the lines between right and wrong have been blurred after so much violence.

Alexandra Drasse is the daughter of one of the highest-ranking officers in the ANEF and was raised with a great sense of duty toward her people. Though she has already surpassed her peers and is quickly following in her father's footsteps, her perfect exterior belies hidden turbulence that threatens to destroy her.

Surrounded by hatred and distrust, two teenagers from different worlds will have to decide if there's middle ground between them.
