The rules are simple, echoing the legendary World Martial Arts Tournaments and the Tournament of Power (but don't worry, your universe is safe... probably). It's one-on-one combat, randomly drawn, with the option for rematches if the fighters demand it. Ring outs, KOs, or surrenders decide the victor.

Enter "The Supreme Arbiter," an enigmatic figure shrouded in legend. Yet, behind this authoritative facade is none other than Lord Osirius-the charismatic, impossibly powerful, and slightly pervy Dark Omni-Conqueror. 😈

Standing before the assembled masses, Lord Osirius is a striking figure: a male Omni-Saiyan God with tan skin, wild, spiky black hair, a full black beard and mustache, and piercing black eyes (one hidden beneath a black eyepatch), his brown monkey tail swishing with anticipation. He cuts a formidable silhouette in his black form-fitting undershirt, a gleaming black and gold chestplate and pauldrons, baggy black pants, red armbands, and ankle wraps. A flowing black hem, secured by a crimson-red obi sash, and black kung-fu boots with golden toes complete his imposing look.

He has gathered the greatest fighters across all media. The stage is set. The stakes are... whatever they want them to be.
