After losing her mother, seventeen year old Yumiko leaves everything she knows in Japan to live with her father in the quiet mountain town of Cedar Hollow, USA.

Strange things begin happening to Yumiko; her senses change, the forest of the town feels like it's calling her in, and one moonlit night she discovers the impossible. She isn't entirely human.
