What no one knew was that his fate had already been sealed. Before his death, Minato revealed a final secret to Hiruzen: He had split Kurama in two. Naruto received the raging half. Damien, Minato's own nephew, received the gentle half. The two cousins were meant to grow strong together-two halves of one fox.
