The summer of 1937. Things are stirring in the world, but four kids can only think about the Big Apple: New York. These four kids and a couple others called themselves the European Outfit. Most of these kids were on top of the world, but what happens when Carmine's uncle, mob boss Sonny Guiliano, gets shut out of his business?
