All might shows up. tells izuku you can't be a hero blah blah blah, and he gets attacked by a slime, but the go save bakugo stuff doesn't happen.
and so he doesn't get a quirk but he'll develop one by himself later.
and because of what all might said he decides to become a quirkless vigilante and is a real pain in the butt for The musutafu Police department.
