Michelle Bennett is looking forward to a quiet weekend away.

A secluded rental property outside Bangor, Maine, seems like the perfect escape from her busy life, until a stranger arrives at the front door.

Claiming he reserved the same property for the same weekend, the handsome New Yorker insists a booking mistake has been made. With night falling and no other accommodations nearby, Michelle reluctantly agrees to let him stay until morning.

At first, everything seems harmless.

Then small things begin to feel wrong... A conversation that doesn't add up. A detail he shouldn't know.
