Riona. In case you haven't guessed by now, that's me. This is my story. And I'm going to start from the very beginning, so you can get the full picture. They say we're not defined by our past. But I believe that the past is what makes you who you are. It moulds you. It sticks with you no matter how far ahead in life you get. And then, it catches up to you, putting you in a chokehold you can't possibly get out of. In my case, my past is very messy. I don't like it, but I also can't seem to shake it off. Almost ten years down the line, and I'm still in the same position, making the same decisions. I thought I'd changed. I thought I was better. Little did I know, that I was just building up to get worse. I'm not like most people, I don't function the same way you do but I believe that it is for the best. I don't see myself ever being normal. Normal is boring, crazy is fun. Crazy is what I do.Complete

The Witch of Anima
She was different. She knew that. She could do things that no one else could do. She could hear the thoughts of those around her without trying, and to her, it was a blessing as well as a curse. Mystery surrounded her life, ever since the day that her father had left for war when she was around eight. Dreams of dragons and magic filled her mind every time that she slept, but that wasn't what made her wonder if there was something else. No, green eyes that were a mystery to her filled her mind even in the waking world. Those eyes of a young man kept her wanting to be asleep for all eternity just so that she could see them time and time again. And, when those green eyes came to her on one Christmas Day, she knew that her life had changed as she knew it. For those eyes belonged to a Warlock from a different world, and she, she was a Witch from a different place than Earth. And, she had been called to help save the world that she never knew. Bare with me for this is just a school project made by myself back in 2018 and as far as I can remember I didn't have enough time to refurnish my story because of the deadline. Also this story is a short reference of the books that I've read and movies that I've watched that really sparks my interests in writing stories. I was different; I was special. That was one thing that my mother and father had told me as I was growing up. They told me that they were proud of my twin brother and me, and I believed them. I could see the pride in their eyes. However, I knew that my twin didn't believe them. He was peculiar, my twin. Bad stuff seemed to happen to him, and it made his life miserable. He did hang out with me and seemed to enjoy my company, but there were days where he couldn't stand me for some reason. Mom never made it a competition between us. She loved us both equally and showed us the same amount of love and attention, even with five more children. She told us every day that she was proud of us, but that wasn't enough for my twin. No, something happened one day and made his whole attitude change. And, I was about to find what it was and how my mother became the Director of our small group. Because sometimes, the end of a story is not the end. Naomi Knight wasn't any ordinary Vampire, she has had abilities and powers. Not only was I a vampire but a part of me was a wolf too, that my friends is called a Hybrid. Everyone thought she was a nobody because she always kept to herself, but she had reasons why she couldn't socialize. THEY said she couldn't. THEY were scared of what would happen if she let out her power and it would be exposed to human kind. If you're asking who THEY are, then fine I'll tell you. THEY are the guardians that protect everything supernatural from everything that is not supernatural like humans for example. Sure you have some odd ball humans that have the occasional abilities like reading minds and flying but my abilities and my powers are about 10x more powerful. I'm 18 now and I'm graduating this year with honors and I'm valedictorian of my class. Next year I would be going to a college like Stanford or Yale or something. I don't know where I'm going after graduation but I'm going where ever the road takes me. New place, New life. I've never had friends so it wouldn't be very hard to leave anyone behind. My family...well they died. My sister was burned to death 3 years ago in a house fire. My brother when rogue but as a vampire and not a wolf and my parents left when I was born.
