The Comeback

Charlotte "Charlie" Graham has spent most of her life surviving. Childhood leukemia, the loss of her mother, and years under her father's roof taught her one thing: rely on nobody but yourself. The only exception was her brother Garrett.

Now a pre-med student at Briar University, Charlie has finally escaped home and built a life of her own. Between classes, the hockey team that practically adopted her, and the future she's worked so hard for, she's convinced herself she's moved on.

Then a Briar quarterback convinces her to step onto the ice for the first time in years.
