Four years after his best friend Sasuke died by suicide, twenty-one-year-old Naruto comes home on his birthday to find Sasuke sitting on his couch-alive, unchanged, and still eighteen years old. With no memory of the years he missed, Sasuke is as confused as Naruto is, and the two quickly discover they're experiencing something no one should be able to explain.
