I wish I could hate you

For Aurora Ludlow, being born into one of the oldest wizarding families meant her path was chosen for her before she could even understand what it ment to have a choice. Nobody understood that more than her childhood friend, Draco Malfoy. Who went from becoming Auroras best friend turned into her someone she no longer could see eye to eye with.

Years of child-like competition that once brought laugher became a battle of who could hurt the others feelings the most.

And before either of them realized it they lost the friendship they once had and neither of them knew how to get it back, they just knew they hated each other.

But when their fourth arrives and the Triwizard Tournament brings the Yule ball, for the first time, seeing each other with somebody else feels different.

The jealousy they couldn't explain from that night forced them to question the one thing that they agreed on and had spent years avoiding-maybe they didn't hate each other as much as they thought.
