PJ Walker is pretty sure she's not the main character in anyone's life.

She's Jon Walker's younger sister, which mostly means she gets left out of things she absolutely should have been invited to. She talks too much when she's nervous, says strange things she only realizes are strange afterward, and once accidentally befriended an entire group of touring musicians without meaning to.

Especially the lead singer.

Brendon Urie is not supposed to become part of her life. He is louder, older, and permanently surrounded by chaos. PJ is... well, also chaotic, but in a way that comes with fewer stage lights.

It starts as proximity. It turns into familiarity.

And somewhere along the way, it becomes something neither of them knows how to name.
