A Bird With Teeth

"A bird with teeth" is a short psychological dark story following the metamorphosis of two main characters from predator to prey, and vice versa.

Silas was never about to hold back. Playing with his prisoners, he found a special interest in Rayne, a woman his age with fire still sparkling in her eyes. Not for long, he would decide. Switching up and playing the role of the cruel tormentor, then doting on her like a lover, only to go back hurting her, he was never afraid to own his intentions : to break her and rebuild her in his image.

Rayne lived in hell. It took only a few minutes for her world to turn from vibrant, to scald. From colorful to grey. Her new world was his, and she was nothing but a puppet with her strings too tight to even breathe without his will.

But everyone breaks, eventually. The most dangerous ones are the ones who have nothing left to lose - a truth that Silas would have to learn soon.
