Sophia is the type of student who prefers peace and quiet above all else. She spends most of her time reading, studying, or keeping to herself, and her composed demeanor often makes her appear cold or intimidating to those who do not know her well. As a vampire, she possesses enhanced speed, strength, heightened senses, and remarkable self-control, but she dislikes drawing attention to herself and would much rather remain unnoticed than show off her abilities. Many students admire her intelligence and maturity, while others assume she believes she is better than everyone else. In reality, Sophia simply finds most drama exhausting and would rather focus on her own life than involve herself in other people's problems.

Daniela, on the other hand, is everything Sophia is not. As a werewolf, she is naturally energetic, competitive, and driven by instinct, but even compared to other werewolves, Daniela stands out for her chaotic personality. She can never sit still for very long, often acts before thinking, and somehow manages to find trouble no matter where she goes. Whether she is participating in competitions, exploring places she has been specifically told to avoid, or turning a simple conversation into a heated debate, Daniela constantly brings excitement-and headaches-to everyone around her. Despite her tendency to cause chaos, she is fiercely loyal to her friends and will do anything to protect the people she cares about. Her confidence and humor make her popular among students, but her stubbornness can also make her incredibly difficult to deal with.
