Rugby was Johnny Kavanagh's entire life. Even as a small child, he had big dreams in the sport, headstrong in his skill and swore off any distractions. He never thought any person, much less the Tommen rugby coach's reckless daughter, could come above it.

While he spentt the entirety of their friendship swearing it was just that, Nessa Mulcahy swore off rugby boys, especially those her father coached. However, both Johnny and Nessa Mulcahy began to realize there was much more between them then they'd ever admit.

Unfortunately, they're both just too stubborn and competitive to do anything about it.
