Only The Rain Saw Us

In a small Michigan town where everyone knows everyone that's separated miles and miles from the big cities lives Renna Sterling. She lives her normal life working two jobs - one at her cafe and another at any shifts she can get dishwashing at her local diner.

Everything is going normal until one gloomy afternoon at the cafe when Renna gets the notification that her town is going to be hit by a huge storm later that day. Barely an hour into the storm a man that Renna has never seen walks in, drenched from head to toe from the thundering storm outside.

What will happen when Renna finds out that this man's car broke down just outside of town and he has nowhere to go? What happens when they find out that the only hotel in town has not a single room left open?
