Darbą, namus, vieną geriausią draugę ir buvusį vaikiną, kuris kaip koks šešėlis sekioja ją iš paskos. Zoja troško pabėgti nuo šeimos, nors, pasirodo, tai nėra taip paprasta. Prestižinė, it iš žurnalų viršelių parinkta šeima yra kur kas labiau supuvusi iš vidaus nei kada nors vaizdo įrašų kameros galėtų tai įamžinti. Blogiausia tai jog po penkių metų vengimo susitikti su tėvais ji vėl privalo stovėti šalia ir šypsotis visai šaliai. Ir viskas tik dėl to, kad Zoja Maikalson ir vėl tampa taikiniu. Kalebo užduotis yra apsaugoti Zoją, tačiau mergina neketina palengvinti jam užduoties. Kai dvi sudaužytos širdys diena iš dienos privalo vėl būti šalia, gali nutikti bet kas.
