"I hate you," Aashvi said, her eyes blazing with hatred. Aryansh laughed, the sound low and unsettling. "Hate me as much as you want, sweetheart," he said, an unspoken intensity simmering beneath his words. "In the end, you'll still be mine." Aashvi scoffed. "You're insane. And let me tell you, I don't belong to-" He cut her off before she could finish. "As if you have a choice." Her breath caught in her throat. Aryansh held her gaze, his expression unreadable. Deep down, a darker truth clawed at him. "I hate you, he thought bitterly. But I can't ignore the fact that I want you. That I crave your presence even when I should despise it." His jaw tightened as he said "You'll be mine to wreck, mine to ruin," he said quietly, his voice carrying a dangerous certainty. "Do you understand?" For a long moment, neither of them spoke. And just like that, they stood there, staring at each other-Aashvi with fury burning in her eyes, and Aryansh with an obsession he could neither control nor deny. The tension between them felt like a battlefield, neither willing to look away first. To the world, they were enemies. What nobody knew was that Arnav's hatred was beginning to feel dangerously similar to obsession. The more he pushed her away, the more he wanted her close. The more he convinced himself that she was his father's enemy daughter, the more his heart betrayed him. A man does not memorize the details of someone he hates. A man does not lose sleep over someone he hates. A man does not yearn for someone he hates.
