a fourteen year old girl named Emma falls in love with a fourteen you old boy named Jake , they had a good relation ship until Emma breaks up with Jake for no reason or was that just what Jake though happened. after Emma and Jake broke up i guess you could say it changed both of them physically and Emotionally.
