"Aap mujhse door kyun bhaag rahi ho, Noor?"

Veer Malhotra's voice cut through the room-low, controlled, and dangerously calm, like a warning no one had the courage to ignore.

Noor's breath hitched. Her back pressed harder against the wall as her eyes flicked around, searching for an escape that didn't exist anymore.

Every instinct in her was screaming to run, but her body refused to move.
"Please... mere paas mat aao."

Her voice broke at the end, fragile in a way she hated.
Veer took a slow step forward. Then another. Unhurried. Certain. Like he already knew she belonged exactly where he wanted her to be.

The air between them felt suffocating, heavy with something unspoken and dangerous.

"Main aapko kuch nahi hone dunga."

Noor shook her head, panic rising in her chest. Her eyes were wide now-trapped, cornered.

"Aap samajhte kyun nahi ho... mujhe aapse darr lagta hai."

Veer stopped just a breath away from her. His shadow swallowed her completely. His gaze was fixed, unblinking-possessive in a way that didn't ask for permission.

"Aur main duniya se nahi..." he paused, voice dropping even lower, "aapko khone se darrta hoon, Noor."

Silence snapped shut around them.

Outside, the world kept moving.

Inside that room, she had nowhere left to run.
He owns power the world bows to. Veer Malhotra doesn't ask-he decides.

Noor Rajput never wanted his attention.
But she became the only thing he couldn't let go.

She runs. He reaches.
She hides. He finds.

And no matter how far she goes... he is already there.
