26-year-old Silas Ripley doesn't lack anything.

After moving into unit 402 of 238 Hounds Crescent, he spots a man in the apartment just across from his, one floor below, sparking an unfortunate moment when he witnesses him having sex through the window... but regardless of the mystery neighbor and his captivating build, William already has his focus on the models built for his line of work, not knowing that he'd already entered the most bizarre matchmaking service known to man:

His modeling clients were running into a particular neighbor's rotation of women.

What William wasn't expecting was just how confrontational Silas Ripley could be. And through a series of hilarious mishaps, the handsome neighbor falls into a new position for the painter, one far more dangerous, given William's need for the unorthodox:
