Angela survived depression once. She promised herself she'd never go back. But depression doesn't always announce its return. It arrives quietly-through exhaustion, isolation, and the gradual loss of everything that once mattered. As Angela retreats further into herself, her friends, and colleagues race to reach her before she disappears completely behind the familiar shadow she's spent years trying to escape.

(Wesley doesn't exist in this story so Angela has no kids. Tim and Lucy aren't dating. Lucy doesn't have any roommates so she lives alone)
