A Guardian's Rising

Years past The Traveler arrived to earth's galaxy around the 21st century, bringing apon a new age of technology and prosperity to earth and its people allowing space travel and an expansion on human life expectancy by triple.

This time is called the Golden Age

Time after its arrival, an ancient enemy of the Traveler chased it all the way to the Sol System, the Darkness. In order to attempt to repel it the Traveler sacrificed itself in a way.

This event was called the Collapse, in which bore the birth of small sentient robotic companions called Ghosts.

These Ghosts resurrect the deceased to become Light bearers though not everyone could become one.

This slowly brought apon the Dark Ages, a time of uncertainty and conflict.

Years after this a city was built and founded as one of humanities last bastions of safety bringing about our current timeline.
