Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne are not singers but are cops forced to work with each other even though they have nothing in common. Louis is more fun and is a free spirit and Liam is kind of up tight at first but once you get to know him he's pretty laid back. Anyways they are on a secret mission where they have to go undercover as college students at Boston University. Because there has been a case of college kids selling illegal drugs such as cocaine, Herione, and ecstasy tablets.
