Twelve-year-old Leah has everything: two genies who grant her three wishes a day, a magical fox named Parisa, and full access to Zahramay Falls.

At first, she treats it like wonder. Eventually, she treats it like entitlement.

Her wishes become careless. Her tone turns dismissive. Her patience fades. Shimmer, Shine, and Parisa begin to pull back as her behavior worsens, while repeated warnings go unheeded.
