The Blue Jay House

When 27-year-old Evelyn Harper inherits an abandoned farmhouse in rural Alabama from a grandmother she barely knew, she plans to sell it immediately. The property-known locally as The Blue Jay House-has stood empty for nearly forty years.
The townspeople avoid it.
