Sometimes I don't know who I am

What happens when you reach the age when you're supposedly meant to know who you are, only to discover that you've never felt more lost?

Sometimes I Don't Know Who I Am was born from the need to put into words the doubts, fears, and contradictions that so many people experience as they enter adulthood. We grow up believing that, if we try hard enough, there will eventually come a moment when everything falls into place: we'll find our path, know exactly who we are, and the future will stop being frightening. But reality is rarely that simple.

Throughout these pages, I talk about the pressure to have your life figured out too soon, the weight of expectations, the relationship we have with our own bodies, the loneliness we can feel even when surrounded by people, the fear of making mistakes, the feeling that we're falling behind, and the difficulty of building a life that truly feels like our own.

I didn't write this book to offer answers or to tell anyone how they should live. I wrote it because I believe there are questions worth sharing. Because sometimes, discovering that someone else feels the same way makes the weight a little easier to carry.

This is not a book about having all the answers. It is a book for those who have ever felt one step behind, who don't know exactly who they are or where they're going, but who still have the courage to keep searching. Because perhaps growing up isn't about finding yourself once and for all, but about learning to discover yourself again and again.
