One hospital, yet hundreds of different personalities, realities, dreams and expectations:

In this chaos, Thomas Anderson is supposed to have his first day of rotation.
The nerdy, always precautious, calm, overly educated, and definitely younger-looking fourth year medical student has to restart his existence in an completely unknown city that has an ubiquitous presence of chaos, danger and motion, from scratch.
What happens when such a bookworm leaves his familiar vicinity, his comfort zone of studying the theorem of medicine and steps into the real world of ruthlessness?
Furthermore, his dark brown hair and brown, softly melted eyes with his always occupied concentrated glance don't make an inconspicuous assimilation easier, as already one or another might already have fallen for them.

In contrast to him stands the blonde, humerous, enthusiastic Dr. Samuel Chaplin. Though sometimes, he might seem impudently amused about certain things, he rightfully received a position in a fellowship program for cardiac surgery at one of the most renowned surgery departments in the country, after recently graduating from his surgery residency program at the Columbia University.
Samuel grew up in this chaos. He was born in Chicago and lived there, until he moved away for his residency program.

He's been there hitherto, he knows how it works.

He knows how to work.

But what happens if controlled chaos meets uncontrolled structure?
In an environment that doesn't allow the slightest mistake...
