Ophelia Mae Whitaker left Hollow Creek, North Carolina for USC, California sunshine, and a boyfriend who looked perfect on paper.

Coming home for the summer was supposed to be simple.

Then she pulls into Laurel Bend Drive and finds Camden "Cam" Calloway shirtless in his driveway, washing his Bronco like he hasn't been ruining her life since high school.
