Mr. Bryer after returning from leave went from the once beloved and endearing English teacher, into the husk of a man. Almost like he became someone else entirely, he didn't talk much anymore but when he did it sounded...off, like it wasn't him talking but something talking through him.
A group of highschoolers acknowledging the change in behavior, grew suspicious. Eventually beginning to notice some of their classmates not showing up for class anymore. Beginning to ask around, they find that no one actually remembers these kids, not their friends, not the teachers, not even their own parents.
Believing the teacher is up to no good and having no one really believe them, they started their own investigation. Following the red string, the group slowly begins to realize their dealing with something else, something unnatural, something...not human. Peeling back the layers of skin they start to realize that he's not their teacher but some creature wearing his skin.
