Prince Raynelle Omorfia Eros, second son of the Sarai kingdom, land of Aphrodite, home to beauty and romance, spent his entire life watching his people getting looked down on , underestimated and laughed at.
Rayne didn't care much of other people's opinions, his people were safe , well fed , and happy. And that was really all that mattered to him. After all he wasn't the true heir , only a spare. He'd spend his days , buried in books and libraries, a nonchalant royal. Although he took pride in his kingdom, he mostly didn't care for matters of the court , he took a liking to the mastery of knowledge, arts , warefare and magic.
The people knew him as "The gem of Sarai". The most beautiful man in the world they said. His eyes alluring, like a clear lake , reflecting your soul for you to
adore. It was rumored that he possessed the beauty of Aphrodite herself, but in thousands of folds more. Those who were lucky enough to cast their gazes upon him would immediately be drawn to his pulchritude. His aura was like none ever seen before. The beauty of a patron goddess.
Because of it. He was underestimated, disregarded. Reduced nothing but a pretty face. A fragile little flower, never to be plucked or neglected. Only cared for. They never paid him mind , he wasn't worth the worry , only the gaze.
It was a blessing. But it was also a curse. One he resented too many times.
When a war threatens to break out , endangering the lives of his people, Raynelle must step up to fight for his home, regardless of whether or not people take him seriously. Even that means allying with the people who look down on him. Even if it means working with the Prince of the under world.
Even if it means travelling halfway around the world, embarking on dangerous quests, almost dying multiple times, falling in love, and getting betrayed.
