Just as the title says, reader is a "backrooms" type of worker.
Inphernals are referred as they/them pronouns, as it is entirely up for the reader's mind on what gender the inphernals have.
Reader will also be referred as they/them and will have "you" when it is reader's pov, or reader in general!
There is a language barrier between humans and inphernals, though SOME inphernals can easily understand human language.
Deities have no problems talking/understanding human language at all, due to, well, Shedletsky/Telamon. Who isn't there, just, up and left after making SFOTH and the swords in general.
