Scarlet Wolves

Set in early 1900's Wells, England, Laura Abbott is dealing with the recent death of her beloved sister, Isabel Abbott. Soon after her death, she began to form a friendship with her deceased sister's husband, Edmund, and the pair decided to marry purely out of convenience and comfort- it was platonic, they both needed each other as a comfort from being so close to Isabel. Laura keeps having nightmares about Isabel's death; Death by wolves was a horrific way to go. However, she begins to discover cracks in the accepted story, and begins to suspect her sister's death was deliberate and malicious. The question is, who killed her? And why? And, will Laura be able to escape the same fate?
