A feral former patient named Vixen escapes Peach Creek Psychiatric and becomes fixated on the cul‑de‑sac kids. In one night, she abducts Double D and Marie Kanker, dragging them to the abandoned asylum deep in the woods.
The next morning, the cul‑de‑sac unites into a search party led by Rolf, tracking clues through the forest. Meanwhile, Double D and Marie-bound, terrified, and trapped-work together to escape as Vixen stalks the halls.
A violent storm floods the asylum, forcing a desperate fight for survival. The pair narrowly escape, the kids find them, and Vixen's tragic story ends downstream.
