Bridget "Birdie" Sullivan crossed an ocean to study photography. She never planned on staying in England, and she certainly never planned on spending her days chasing professional footballers with a camera around her neck.

Working for AFC Richmond wasn't always a dream. Under the club's previous ownership, her creativity was stifled, her voice was ignored, and she learned that keeping her head down was often the safest choice.
