Quinn Summer Sandoval thought losing to Kenneth Louis Villablanca in a freshman debate tournament would be the last time their paths crossed.

He was wrong.

A year later, Quinn is trying to survive his second year as an Accountancy student while juggling the responsibilities of being the newly elected President of the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA). Between endless quizzes, organization work, and the constant pressure of living up to everyone's expectations, finding time to breathe already feels like an achievement.

The last thing he expects is to find himself working alongside Kenneth again.

To everyone else, Kenneth is exactly what a student leader should be: composed, dependable, and impossibly good at everything he does. Quinn, on the other hand, can't decide whether he wants to beat him, avoid him, or understand why the guy is somehow even more frustrating outside a debate room.

But somewhere between organization meetings, campus events, late-night conversations, and the quiet moments no one else gets to see, arguments slowly become conversations, rivalry becomes comfort, and two people who were once defined by opposing sides begin to question everything they thought they knew about each other.
