When Sophia lost her parents she lost her entire life. In the whirl wind of it all she was being shipped like some sort of package to her god mother. Her mothers childhood friend, her life long best friend who Sophia had never met. 
She didn't know much about her new family. Just that they lived in Bethlehem, Georgia. A place Sophia that was over seas, you know where Jesus was born. She never even heard of it. 
Guess it was time to hold her breathe and take that giant leap into the unknown.
