Something in me died that day...but I'm still walking like I'm alive.

I don't look at the world the same anymore.
I don't smile the same anymore, I don't feel the same things.
I don't even recognize the person I've become.

People see my body, my face, my life... but they never see the part of me that already left.

The pain didn't destroy me all at once. It slowly took pieces of me... until there was almost nothing left.

Now I exist... but only half of me is here.
The other half never came back from that pain.
