Bioshock: Drowned Coda

October 1980. The USNS Hermes is deployed for a routine benthic survey of a North Atlantic thermal anomaly. Instead of volcanic vents, they find the impossible: the rusted, drowned spires of an metropolis lost a mile beneath the waves. As a geothermal disaster drags the Hermes into the city's heart, engineer Devin MacAllister and surveyor Marilyn Quincy find themselves trapped in a corporate war between a fading patriarch's genetic experiments and the cold, unyielding ambition of the surface world. In the crushing dark, Mac and Marilyn discover that some secrets are best kept far below, and some cities are better off buried in the mantle.
