Boyfailure

Taylor Bevery: hapless, aimless, and hopeless both as a person and a vampire. Chronic acne, lanky figure, and braces make for an all-around pretty pathetic existence, not to mention his awful luck, poor vampiric skills, and even poorer life choices. Pretty much the only positive things in his life are his husky Stella, his best friend Charlie, and his kindhearted boss Mr. Rao. But he's not one to complain, because those three things have saved him many times and made his life bearable. Good, even.

Still, in an attempt to prove to himself (and to whoever the asshole in charge of his fate is) that he is a capable and functioning adult vampire, he goes on a solo hunt at a local family farm, since cows are easier than humans when it comes to enchanting them.

...It goes about how one would expect when the universe seems to be constantly against them.
But maybe things might start looking up for him from now on...?

[Based on the 2026 ONC prompt #81: "unalluring and bumbling, your character is the world's worst vampire". Not an actual ONC submission, but just an idea that wouldn't leave my brain after seeing the prompt :3
