The story follows Jiro and Lisa: Two orphaned teens who see, experience, and go to and from the Grid, a supernatural world beneath the Overworld, aka the real world. They believe that their parents - from different families - are trapped somewhere in the Grid. Or are they? Whatever the case may be, they need each other to find them. If they fail to locate them, they'll never know what might happen.
This Grid offers Artifacts: objects of power, that aid them. They must use these to find out where other Artifacts are and to discover and interpret clues from different supernatural beings.
