The story follows Jiro and Lisa: Two orphaned teens who see, experience, and go to and from the Grid, a supernatural world beneath the Overworld, aka the real world. They believe that their parents are trapped somewhere in the Grid. Or are they? Whatever the case may be, they need to find them. If they fail to locate them, they'll never know what might happen.
The Grid offers Artifacts: objects of power, that aid them. They must use these to find out where other Artifacts are, discover and interpret clues from different supernatural beings, or just generally give them support in finding their families. Read on as they investigate what lies beyond what they can comprehend and discover deep family ties into what they thought was only myth and folklore. Quickly now, children. The clock is ticking.
