Jylian Wright adores her little life. She accomplished her biggest goal by opening her own tailoring business, and it's doing amazingly well. But something is missing for her, according to her family. Everyone in her life has found their own special someone, everyone but her.

So when Jylian accidentally collides into a strikingly handsome man, spilling scalding hot coffee on him in the process of running late to a fitting. She never expects to see him again after their mortifying first encounter. Unfortunately, fate is funny like that- she never could have anticipated the little girl she made a princess birthday dress for would be the niece of the man she'd be slinking through town trying to avoid.

Berkeley O'Hara had moved back to his hometown six months ago, and after being away for so long, he was ready to put himself back out there. Only for reality to hit him where it hurts, he's not the same young adult he was when he left the town. He didn't look the same, and he sure enough didn't act the same. Moving back home was harder than leaving. That was until he met her.

Their encounter was purely accidental, but if you were to ask him, he'd tell you he'd rather be burned by coffee a million times over if it meant he got to lay eyes on her for the first time again.
