Out Of The Dark

He lives in the spotlight. She was never supposed to be seen.

Millie joined the tour for one reason only: to disappear.

Somewhere between flight cases, guitar strings and cities that blurred together outside a tour bus window, staying invisible felt easier than dealing with the life she'd left behind in London.

Then Dominic Harrison noticed her.

Loud where she was quiet. Chaotic where she was controlled. The kind of person who somehow knew every crew member's name by the end of the first week.

Millie wanted to be left alone.

Dom had never been very good at leaving people alone.

As the tour crosses Europe and America, a friendship built backstage begins to blur into something neither of them expected. But some ghosts don't stay in the past... and sooner or later, Millie will have to face the one person she hoped she'd never see again.

A slow-burn YUNGBLUD fanfiction about music, healing, found family, and learning that surviving isn't the same as living.
